Tuition Support for Children with Additional Educational Needs
All children deserve and have the right to be given the opportunity to learn and grow at their own pace.
At Smart Education we put children's needs first and understand that all children have individual learning styles. We assess our students as individuals to ensure that the right level of support is provided by our expert teachers. We work with students with additional educational needs to help them with their academic abilities, further education, training or employment.
Our team of qualified teachers, educational psychologists and specialist therapists are experienced in all areas of additional educational needs and can help your child feel more confident, engaged and better equipped to learn independently.
We create a positive, bright and happy learning environment where our students not only feel understood, valued and respected, but have the support they need to continue with life based skills and independence.
Boost your Child’s Confidence
Working with our qualified teachers can help improve your child’s confidence, enabling them to enjoy learning and become more comfortable in education.
Our learning centres are a calm and safe space away from school, and we focus on fun and positive reinforcement.
Individual Learning Programmes
Your child will take a short initial assessment to help us create an individual learning plan specifically tailored to their needs. To ensure each child receives the attention they deserve, our sessions are run in small groups of up to a maximum of 4 children.
At Smart Education, we know how valuable communication is for our parents and guardians. You’ll receive regular feedback on your child’s progress after each session, and we are always happy to discuss any worries or concerns with you. We can also liaise with your child’s school or SEN/ALN department on your behalf.
We work with students who have a range of learning difficulties including:
- Dyslexia
- Dyscalculia
- Dyspraxia
- Autistic spectrum disorder
- Attention deficit disorder (ADD)
- Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD)
- Auditory Processing Disorder (APD)
